Selena Hidalgo has been with the organization since its early years, helping guide Southtown Psychiatry’s growth into Crosstown Mental Health under Athra Systems. She now serves as VP of Administration and Acting CTO, overseeing administration, IT infrastructure, compliance, risk management, and major contracts such as CPS and PAM. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Administrative Social Work from Texas State University, Selena brings experience in health policy, operations, and program development to support the practice’s stability and growth.
Dr. Victor M. Gonzalez Jr. is a Board Certified Psychiatrist. He serves as Chief of Staff at Texas Vista Medical Center and as an Associate Program Director of the Department of Psychiatry at The University of Incarnate Word. Dr. Gonzalez completed his training at The University of Texas Dell Medical School and at a Fellowship for Geriatric Psychiatry with The University of Texas Health Science Center.
Dr. Daniel Lozano is a Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist. Dr. Lozano completed his medical school education and adult psychiatry residency training at The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He has a private practice providing psychiatric treatment to patients located primarily across the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas.
Dr. Kimberly Evans is a Board Eligible Psychiatrist. She graduated from McGovern Medical School at UT Health and completed her training at The Texas Institute for Graduate Medical Education and Research (TIGMER). Her focus is on Reproductive and Consult Liaison Psychiatry.
Andrea Seely is a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. After completing her undergraduate degree at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill she earned her Master of Science in Nursing at Vanderbilt University. NP Seely is licensed by the Texas Board of Nursing and has provided mental health services in San Antonio for over a decade in both inpatient settings and community mental health.
